If you want to burn some serious calories, then this is the class for you! Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bike. Spinning is great for toning your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor leads you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.
